This session will look at management and process issues involved in software configuration management in a practical, real-world situation. The discussion will overview the key components of classic configuration management -- identification, control, accounting and audits. The presentation will also cover use of configuration management tools, and the importance of teams and clearly defined responsibilities in implementing a working environment. |
