- Problem reporting and corrective action procedures (e.g., software
defects, process nonconformances)
- Techniques for implementing information systems to track quality-related
data
- Records and data collection, storage, maintenance, and retention
Organizational and Professional Software Quality Training
- Quality training subject areas (e.g., inspection, testing, configuration
management, project management)
- Available training resources, materials, and providers
- Professional societies, technical associations, and organizations for
software quality engineers
